Think of Brigs as a gourmet/diner, if that’s not a contradiction in terms. At Brigs, it’s not.
The diner part is the menu – eggs, omelettes, salads and sandwiches. The gourmet part is how they do them. Get a massive “royal skillet” – homefries, meat, potatoes and more baked in a cast iron pan and topped with two basted eggs. Where else can you get basted eggs?
The pancakes and waffles fill a dinner plate and the salads are barely contained by a soup dish.
No one leaves hungry from Brigs.
Service: Friendly and efficient
Quality: No one does breakfast better in Cary
Value: Tremendous portions, reasonably priced.
Brigs serves from 7:00-2:30 on Sunday and Monday, 7:00-8:30 on Tuesday through Saturday.
In addition to the all-day breakfast and lunch food, there’s a rib eye on the menu for dinner-sized appetites.
Thinking comfort food? Think Brigs – one of our favorite hangs in Cary.
