Cary, NC — Growing up in Cary, I thought I knew every nook and cranny of this town, but I’ve been proven wrong. Recently, I found Foiled Again! Chocolate Coins, a company nestled amidst the warehouses and industrial buildings on James Jackson Avenue.
Foiled Again! Chocolate Coins
Foiled Again! specializes in stamping chocolate coins for holidays, advertising or any occasion imaginable. The company opened in 1999 in Kingwood, Texas, but was relocated to Cary in April of 2014. Owner Scott Wayne is happy with the move, especially since the company has developed a large East Coast-based clientele.
As a newcomer to the area, Wayne wants to introduce Foiled Again! to Cary citizens. Wayne’s motto is, “Life’s too short for crummy tasting chocolate!”
Life’s Too Short for Bad Chocolate
Foiled Again! uses high-quality Belgian chocolate made by Callebaut, a 100-year old European chocolate company. The coins are stamped by fitting cast metal dies into a one-of-a-kind machine that Wayne helped design. Foiled Again! produces thousands of coins each day.
Despite the fast-moving pace of his business, Wayne understands that:
Our customers use our products for events that are important to them…weddings, milestone birthdays, business promotions. We produce each batch of chocolate coins as if it were for our own personal event. Just meeting expectations is not enough. We want to blow away expectations.
2,000 Different Designs
The coins are offered in milk, dark or dark mint chocolate and are available in seven different color foils or in a casino chip pattern. There are over 2,000 designs organized into 40 categories, but customers can also custom design their coins.
Foiled Again! is an online chocolatier with a production facility located at 227 James Jackson Avenue. There is not a retail storefront, but Cary-area customers can make arrangements to pick up their orders. Order coins online or call 919-342-4601 for more information.
