Cary, NC — Uncle Maddio’s Pizza, the original “Create Your Own Pizza Joint,” is coming soon to Parkside Town Commons in Cary. The restaurant is scheduled to open in December 2014–this month.

Franchise Opportunity

Uncle Maddio’s “Create Your Own Pizza” Restaurant is an Atlanta-based franchise that currently operates 19 restaurants in seven states. After partners Andrew Madans and Talie Madans tried the pizza during an Atlanta trip, they decided to bring the business to North Carolina and open three new Triangle stores. The first will open in Cary.

The franchise has plans to open 35 new locations in 2014.

Fast, Fresh, Affordable

Uncle Maddio’s claims to make guests’ pizzas right in front of them in only six minutes.

Customers simply pick their own crust and cheese before they select their choice of toppings from an array of options. The restaurant places a focus on house-made ingredients, local veggies, and plenty of creative choices for pizzas, panini’s, and salads.

Every pie is made right in front of guests–so customers will be able to tell chefs “a little more of this, a little less of that.” Uncle Maddio’s pizzas won’t break the bank, either. Personal pizzas are priced under $10.

Personalize Your Pizza

Vegetarians and those with special diets will be fans of the restaurant as well. Uncle Maddio’s offers many unique options, like Daiya non-dairy cheese and gluten-free dough.

Uncle Maddio’s restaurant, along with a Taziki’s, will be opening soon in the Parkside Town Commons Shopping Center.

After looking your store up online and filling out the email information for further information, I was at first pleased to see an offer for a free little pizza to taste your product. I was then displeased to see that it was offered to only those with smart phones. Since I don’t have a smart phone, I felt that you were not interested in my business and I can assure you that even though you are the closest pizza place to me, I will be sure to avoid your store and let others know that those without smart phones are not welcomed at your pizza place.

Gary and Laurie, please come to the grand opening tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 24 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cary location for free 9-inch pizza! I will check on your other comment. But this is GREAT pizza and there is lots of variety.

    Take care,
    Ellen
